WhiteBG is an online image editing site for removing photo backgrounds and placing subjects on a white or transparent canvas. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the site.

Image Processing

When you use the editor, the selected image is sent to our image-processing service to remove the original background. The service processes the image in memory and returns a transparent result to your browser. The processing service does not intentionally save the uploaded image or finished result.

Your browser creates temporary preview URLs and may composite the transparent result onto white before creating a JPG download. Those temporary browser objects are released when the page is closed or replaced.

Information We May Receive

We may receive limited technical information that a normal website server receives, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, referring page, and request time. If analytics are enabled in the future, they will be used to understand aggregate usage and improve the tool.

If you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or sample files.

The site may use cookies or local browser storage for basic preferences, security, analytics, or application behavior. Browser-generated object URLs used for image previews are temporary and stay within the page session.
