WhiteBG provides an online image editor for removing image backgrounds, placing subjects on white or transparent backgrounds, and downloading edited image files.

Your Images

You are responsible for the images you choose to edit and download. You should only use images you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to process.

When you use the tool, you authorize WhiteBG and its image-processing infrastructure to process the image you submit for the requested output. The current processing pipeline is designed to handle image data in memory without intentionally saving the uploaded image or result.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise the site.
• Use the service to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Misrepresent edited images in a way that violates platform rules or applicable law.

No Professional Advice

The site provides an image editing utility. It does not provide legal, marketplace compliance, advertising, or professional photography advice. You are responsible for checking the upload requirements of any marketplace, profile site, or platform where you use the exported image.

Intellectual Property

The site software, interface, branding, and original site content are owned by WhiteBG or its licensors. You keep your rights in the images you edit, subject to the rights of any third parties.

Availability And Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site at any time. We may also limit access if usage appears abusive, unsafe, or harmful to the service.

Limitation Of Liability

The site is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Background Tool is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the site.
